In this post am going to share about how important it is to operate daily in Internal Harmony.

Everyday within our map of consciousness we live in a state of being that constitutes different

emotions that are derived by perceptions, attitudes,world views and spiritual beliefs.

These are know as high frequency or low frequency energy levels and

are directly associated with how we connect with a potential client

or business partner. This is why non-verbal communication is said to

connect 85% and 15% is verbal. In the outline below we will see a

scale that shows from 20 to 1000 numbered in order which will allow us to calibrate

energetically at different energy levels that are consistent with our consciousness level.

Whatever emotion we flow in whether we know it or not we connect with our counter partner

at that equivalent consciousness level whether high or low. Here are the orders as stated below.

When we hold on to the emotions above it allows us to calibrate

energetically at these lower frequencies. Your consciousness level

will allow you to flow more in resistance instead of connecting in the flow.

This is not in harmony with a attraction state of being. Now below we will

outline the higher frequencies of connecting in which will produce harmony

and allow you to prospect in the FLOW. This is in essence, aligning your energy

level with the highest vibrations. Because what we think about creates different

emotions in our body & these emotions will allow us to be in the Flow or be in a

state or resistance.

These levels make us stronger and empower us exponentially to flow in a higher state of Being.

Whatever level we allow ourselves to calibrate at is the attraction level that we connect with-in

the energy of the universe and therefore we reflect what we are and attract more of what we release.

A person that operates at the energy level 125  will always attract people, situation and circumstances

that are always in a state of Need. These are indeed negative emotions.

So be open to assistance by flowing in positive emotions and understand that Being equals Having.

Stop any irrelevant feeling by replacing it with a affirmation that will continue to propel you forward

from the consciousness level of courage until your patterns of  a lower frequency will be replaced with

a higher frequency. This requires  practice & repetition. Here is the equation: Realize and Reflect on

your state of being in which is your consciousness level and then Release it by verbally canceling  out

old patterns or low frequency words that are generated from your low emotional state and then Replacing

it with high frequency words. These will generate a higher consciousness level & then propel us to have Peace

with-in that causes us to then to begin next to Flow in a Pure conscience. A place of Harmonious Enlightenment.

In This article I want to talk about some marketing plan examples of how I am cranking up my Business.

The first thing is to definitely know your Target Market & then with-in your Geographical location it is essential to find local commission minded leaders to present your business to.
One key is to also do the research to find the consumer/business seeker that is motivated to solve a current problem that they are having & present an answer to address their concern.

One sure marketing plan example is to read your local paper & listen to what people are saying, yes I said LISTEN because you have to be open to their message and their state of emotion. 85% of communication is non-verbal.

Secondly you must write down a strategic blueprint to go by such as,
~ Your Budget – in case you run some powerful “Psychological Triggers” ads to target those you think are open to Change & want to win.

~ Write your Script – In the book “The Attractor Factor” it states to create your future by writing what you want to experience. Be detailed. I am going to start this Marketing Plan as soon as the beginning of the week & watch business partners and clients/customers come. Some keys to remember is to know what you don’t want,Select what you do want,Clear all negative and limiting thoughts.

~ Objective Overview – Make sure all you presentations methods are in place such as Live one on one presentation or a DVD presentation for those that want you to send them something. Online presentations for those who desire a internet marketing platform and also someone ready in your support team to assist you with third party validation.

Remember to keep it simple because people will think to themselves, Can I Do This.

The reasons for writing your goals is not to determine what your main concern is when you decide that you want change. It is not even to be clear & concise about what your achievements may be.
All these things are very important, you do need to know what your “Why” is
and make a unwavering commitment that you will never give up when the going get tough and it will get TOUGH. John Maxwell say in “The 5 Levels of Leadership” that level three is the Production level and Results is Key. People teach what they know,but they produce who they are.

When you get the basis of business ethics down like knowing your Why & making written Short Term Goals and then in-cooperating them as a part of your new thought process by making them Affirmations and begin rehearsing them to change the harmony between the sub-conscience mind and the conscience mind in which is Key to final results.

” What is Built into your Expectations ? “ There are many milestones toward getting results. So if you need to work on your Brand Management, Prospecting Skills or any other marketing skill-set to create a loyal following,
keep in mind that if someone is to think of you as a leader in this industry, it is because of your RESULTS. Everything that hinges from your Goals are summed up to the tools you use and the investment you make in yourself and the ability to solve people’s problem and address people’s needs. So do all you can to learn the necessary skills and techniques by going to the one that are already established and learn from them rather it be a seminar online or a course they recommend or a personal coaching section. This is the key to RESULTS if you don’t quit before you start advancing in your Business.

It is essential that we equip ourselves with Leadership skills that will help us to build,structure and balance a strong team.

(1) is VISION

Everyone has needs,although we all must have a desire to do something about our conditions that currently keeps us in the same mindsets. We must have a clear & concise Vision towards our preferred reality.When we paint a clear visionary desire in our teammates we produce a strong desire to see our team vision come to Fruition.

(2) is Values

Every leader of a team has some level of values and it is essential to find out what key areas your teammates stand for, to align them with the basics of the same standards you currently go by. This builds trust in your team according to your core ethics.

(3) is RELATIONSHIPS

When a team is growing, this is the powerful connection that drives it. Being committed to one another as much as to the vision is important. When you are connected with others and they feel a mutual sense of interest for their well-being & their success, this builds lasting relationships. This business really impacts lives this way.

(4) is ATTITUDES

Success is derived from positive change. This is one important attribute because people attract who they currently are. As soon you can implant this in your team, the sooner they will plug into books, audios and other positive materials that will block any self- limiting thoughts that would prevent them from attracting key team members.

(5) is COMMUNICATION

Communication is so important to have in a team structure. Effected communication starts with these three essentials. Must be OPEN,Honest & ongoing. People operate more efficiently when informed. When people feel that they are in the dark about something, they will speculate about what is going on and usually they will have wrong assumptions. Key here is to Inform people.

Goals, Commitments and Self Discipline…

I like to talk about having a powerful or compelling emotion about anything that would
cause you to really evaluate the direction you are currently going in Life.
When often most people that haven’t positively stopped and asked themselves can they
really have something that seemingly is just a figment of their Imagination (Dreams)

When you really desire Change and you set down and ponder on what steps to pursue and then evaluate what your strengths and weaknesses are, you will then resolve by either accepting your life as is and regressing to what is known as SELF- LIMITING THOUGHTS,yes most will talk themselves out of what they really & truly want. On the other hand you will research what you have to do to accomplish what you know deep down inside of you as to be your PASSION for life.

This is powerful & is often where GOAL Setting comes in. Network Marketing is a powerful business model and will challenge any insecurity that you may have, although deep within every one is a compelling desire to accomplish Greatness .

I have come to grips that changing my thought patterns and applying
tenacity and making short term Commitments and daily adjusting habits that are congruent to my desired reality. This takes Self-Discipline and persistence. I have said
all this because I believe that in Mastering one’s self you will definitely have to endeavor several roadblocks and obstacles.

Let me encourage you that if you don’t give up and never quit Pursuing Your Passion, you will reach the end results that you desire.
One more thing to consider is “Do You Believe You Can Do what
you so richly want in Life and be as Successful as you every Desired? ”
If you believe you can are if you believe you can’t you are right.

See the very reason you are now reading this is because you are searching and aren’t satisfied with

You see the way we view Life is according to all the programming that we have
been exposed to. This is the number one reason that many fail, and most do not even

their hindering factor is all the mental blocks called a ” SCOTOMA“. This word relates to a loss of

vision in a part of the visual field; blind spot. So whatever visual your mind connects with when someone
approach you with something that you aren’t familiar with, it triggers your awareness as to what feedback whether good or bad that you are currently programmed with and it categorizes it. Your sub-conscience asks is this relevant to your success or it will block you from acknowledging that this is Opportunity. Now Stop & ask yourself have you ever experience this.

When trained properly Greatness Within You will allow you to process this & identify with your gifts & talents in you and start to change you circumstances.
I assure you that when one begins to change the way one thinks he can tap into the infinite abundant wisdom within us. A phenomenal breakthrough and accomplishment will allow us to follow through with our Dreams of greatness. Then we see it is necessary to learn skills and develop changes of habits and ideologies that can create the persistence and consistence that achievers live by.
We then learn that there are ways that we can flow in a higher conscientiousness.

When we learn that we could flow in what is known as a competitive mindset and continuously block our purpose from moving forward in life in which allows us to never tap into our Greatness. When we flow in a creative mindset we are aware of wrong data & therefore when properly trained I may add we allow the reprogrammed Scotomas to paint a picture of our greatness.

The new created you is within and can be activated by drawing from the tenacity and desire that one has.
First, we must change our self talk and then develop affirmations that yield short time Goals that changes
patterns within our lives that finalizes our destiny. Knowing your Personality can help enhance this by learning your strengths and mastering them and knowing your weaknesses and developing them for YES There Is Greatness Within You..

In this article I want to talk to you about Programming Yourself for Success in Network Marketing
People have been raised and influenced throughout their lives & by the time they are able to
understand simple instructions they begin to develop mindsets that shapes their lives forever.

Most do not learn to set goals or even to take risk because this is not what is called SAFE.
But as a entrepreneur you have to think differently and this doesn’t include believing that you can’t
succeed. When we are taught to go to school and get good grades in hope to merit a scholarship to attend
a prestigious college to learn a specialized field. Only to trade hrs for dollars for the rest of our career.

You see, programming comes from all the input of countless encounters with adults or influences in your path whether you are in school or at home or at the neighbors house as you are a child.
You hear comments that influence you no matter how positive or negative they may seem. When one
begins to habitually do something this will edge a path in their brain that causes them to continue to
associate patterns and behaviors with right or wrong feelings in which produces what is called Programming whether it is acceptable of not. To program means to insert or encode specific operating instructions. When this happens we usually react on impulse instead of responding on reflecting.

This produces premature decisions that will not in most cases be congruent to the desired outcome that we want. This causes what is known as a person to be striving in life instead of thriving. We want to Flow toward our destiny and not stumble and fall and get frustrated because we view life as hard because of all that we encountered that was etched in our mind.
We are really talking about the way the brain thinks and we can reference many books such as Napoleon Hill’s “Think & Grow Rich”
or “The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles” and many many more.

My point in this article is when our thoughts are not adjusted to a different way of thinking in order to reach a new destiny or a desired goal in which in our minds is only what seems to be a Dream, we usually have temporary failure, we must take in consideration that if it is something that we really, really want & it has been achieved by others then it must be our own Programming that prevents us from actually seeing in our minds eye the desired accomplished end results. These again are know as “Self Limiting Thoughts” and need to be erased from our minds by reconstructing habits and rehearsing the right approach in our minds. In other words, reprogram to a more positive outlook.
